Özgür Becermen is a seasoned board level executive with vast experience in finance, business, management and consulting coupled with an academic background. He has worked in chemicals, mining, manufacturing, logistics, information services and consulting. He held various executive and board assignments in multinational companies Clariant, Archroma and RHI Magnesita. The countries he conducted business span a vast geography mainly in Turkey, Egypt, Morocco, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Emirates, Qatar, Pakistan, USA, Switzerland and Germany.
Dr. Becermen holds a BA from Boğaziçi University, an MA from Istanbul Commerce University and a Ph.D in Management from Fatih University.
Halim K. Sekizkardeş

Halim Sekizkardeş is a well versed expert in finance, accounting and audit with decades of experience in multiple continents. Throughout his career, he worked in managerial capacities in multinational companies such as Karma International, Biopharma and Ramsey in Turkey, Switzerland and Singapore spanning industries in IT, trade, pharma, fashion and manufacturing.
He holds a BA in Economics from Boğaziçi University and an MA from Marmara University. He has ACCA and SMMM certifications in accounting.
